Photo sized used, and how do you stick it?
First, you cut the photo to size. The little photos I used are 2" x 3" in size. Take a tiny bit of blue tac or double-sided tape and stick photo to correct the year on the back photo board. 
The large photos used are 5" x 7" cut down to
 5" x 4" .
Slide the photo board back into the frame.
How to display photo frame: 
Use command picture hanging strips to mount to your wall, or you can use the stand that we provide to display it on a table.
Can the frame/name be painted in any colour?
The colour of the frame, the name, can be painted.
Can the years and words be changed?
Yes, the years can be changed, and also, the words.
