Shipping Guidelines

How much does NZ delivery cost?

We have a flat rate of $8 for non- rural

and a flat rate of $11 for Rural.

 

I live local to you, can I pick up my order?

Ask and you shall receive - if you live in Wellington. You'll see during checkout that 'LOCAL PICK UP' is an option - go for gold! Once your order is ready for pick up, you'll receive an email from us with our location, pick up times etc.

Yahoo, you've just placed your order! How long will it take to arrive?

Our recommendation is that customers allow 4 working days during off-peak season for us to process, produce and dispatch your custom pieces - although we're usually quicker than this. This does not include the delivery time after it has been picked up by the courier. Once your order is complete and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

If you require something in a short timeframe, please send us an email prior to placing your order with us.

We cannot make any changes or prioritise your order if you have not contacted us first.

My order has shipped! How long will delivery take?

We ship New Zealand wide via CourierPost. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days. Rural delivery will take a little longer.

Once CourierPost have picked up your parcel and scanned it into their system, you will receive another email with your tracking link - so you can keep an eye on your parcel's whereabouts on its way to you.

There will be delays in courier services during peak times of the year e.g. Christmas, BF/CM Sale periods etc. Please note, the delivery target on your shipping email is a TARGET only; it is not a guarantee. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for unexpected or unforeseen delivery delays with parcels in transit.

Pick Up Service

Return & Exchange Policy

Heart Popping Designs does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final once they are received.

All orders are checked thoroughly before they are packed and shipped. Fragile items are braced on 3mm thick wood, and all orders are thoroughly wrapped to prevent damage in transit.

We want all our customers to love our products as much as we do, so if your items are not as per your order through fault of Heart Popping Designs (wrong paint colour, misspelt name etc) or damage has occurred in transit please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. You can do this by sending an email to heartpoppingdesigns@gmail.com and including a photograph of faulty or damaged item

Any other product issues must be received via email within 48 hours of noting the issue.

All parcels from Heart Popping Designs are packaged carefully and thoughtfully but we understand that sometimes damage can happen in transit.

If your parcel has arrived to you broken or damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number, and photos of the damaged goods. You can email us heartpoppingdesigns@gmail.com

Please double check all information provided in relation to custom products, as Heart Popping Design can not take responsibility for items produced utilizing incorrect information (incorrect product ordered, spelling mistake in name given, wrong size ordered etc). We will however happily provide a replacement at the customers cost.
